Dr. Mark Hagen is an osteopathic physician and is board-certified in Family Medicine. He created Firebird Direct Primary Care to provide a more personal approach to primary care for individuals and families in Worthington and Central Ohio.
Members have an ongoing relationship with Dr. Hagen for preventive care, illness and injury, chronic condition management, medication questions, follow-up, and care coordination.

Firebird DPC provides primary care across preventive health, chronic condition management, common illnesses and injuries, wellness visits, lab testing, osteopathic manipulation, basic office procedures, mental health care, and coordination with specialists when needed.
